Anonymous takes down SFcrowsnest.net and StephenHunt.net.

Some breaking news just in. SFcrowsnest.net and StephenHunt.net have both been taken down in a Distributed Denial of Service attack by hacktivist group Anonymous. Both these domains are hosted by GoDaddy which has been nearly reduced to rubble by the DDos wave attacks with its DNS servers left in pieces. SFcrowsnest.net is the forum for science fiction magazine SFcrowsnest, while StephenHunt.net is the personal blog of science fiction author Stephen Hunt.

We’ve been in contact with GoDaddy and they have no idea as yet when these two sites’ URLs will be back online. The main SFcrowsnest.com magazine and beta site at http://sfcrowsnest.org.uk/ are both registered elsewhere and therefore not impacted by the attack.

More news as we get it.
